How does our voucher work?

Ordering a gift voucher is easy, fast, and completely online:

1. Choose voucher amount
You select the value of the voucher you wish to give.
The recipient decides how to use it – for accommodation, SPA services, or restaurant.

2. Send an inquiry

3. Confirmation and details
Our team will contact you to уточни (clarify) all the voucher details.

4. Payment
You can pay via bank transfer or on-site – in cash or by card.

5. Receive the voucher
You will receive your gift voucher in digital format (PDF) by email within 24 hours on a working day.

Important information

Validity and usage

Validity: 12 months from the date of issue
The voucher is valid for all seasons and holidays
It can be used only once
It cannot be exchanged for cash

Important:

If the service value is higher – you pay the difference on-site
If it is lower – the difference is not refunded

Reservations and conditions
Advance reservation is required
In case of cancellation – the amount is not refunded, but the period can be changed
In case of no-show – the voucher is considered used

Additional conditions
The voucher can be transferred to another person (with prior notice)
After the expiration date – the voucher is considered used and cannot be extended
